Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you complete our survey, we pass your name, contact details, property address, and the answers you gave about your bill, utility, homeownership, and roof to one or more solar providers, installers, or brokers. They contact you to discuss a quote. We may also share device and advertising identifiers with advertising platforms such as Meta for measurement and targeting.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone whose purpose is unrelated to your solar inquiry.

• Email privacy@powerbillcruncher.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Include the full name, phone number, and email address you submitted. We need those to locate your record. If you give us a different email than the one you used, we may not be able to match you.

• We confirm receipt, usually within a few business days.
• We stop sharing your information with new solar partners.
• We respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and take up to 45 additional days.
• We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Opting out stops future sharing. It cannot pull your information back from a solar provider who already received it. Those companies hold your information under their own privacy policies, and you will need to contact them directly to be removed from their systems.

If a specific company is calling you and you want it to stop, tell them directly to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. That request is legally binding on them. Reply STOP to any text message to end texts from that sender.

To limit ad targeting separately from the above, adjust your Meta ad preferences, clear and block cookies in your browser, or enable a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required by law.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authority and may ask you to confirm it directly before we act.
