Takes 60 seconds · No credit check to see your number

  • $0 down. Nothing out of pocket. Not now, not at the end.
  • You don't buy the panels. We own them. You just use the power.
  • Maintenance and repairs are ours. Covered for all 25 years, parts and labor.
  • Your payment is locked. Your utility's rate is not. That gap is the whole deal.
  • No lien on your home. This is a service agreement, not a loan.

It's not a loan. It's a swap.

Most solar ads try to sell you equipment. This isn't that. Nothing changes about how your lights come on. The only thing that changes is who bills you, and how much.

  1. 1We install the system at our cost.Design, permits, equipment, labor, inspection. Your out-of-pocket is zero.
  2. 2Your roof starts making the power. You stop buying most of your electricity from the utility. Same lights, same AC, same everything.
  3. 3You pay us instead, at a locked rate.Your payment is fixed for 25 years. Theirs goes up roughly every time they file for an increase.

The questions everybody asks

What's the catch?+

There isn't a hidden one, but there is a trade. You don't own the system, so you don't get the tax credit. We do, and that's exactly why we can cover every cost and still hand you a lower bill. If owning the equipment matters more to you than paying less every month, a purchase is the better fit and we'll tell you so.

Is this a loan? Will it hit my credit?+

It's not a loan and there's no lien on your house. It's a service agreement for the power the system makes. We do run a soft credit check when you're approved, which doesn't affect your score.

What if the system breaks?+

Then we fix it, at our expense, for 25 years. We own the hardware, and if it isn't producing, we aren't earning. Our incentives and yours point the same direction.

What if I sell the house?+

You transfer the agreement to the buyer, or buy out the remaining term. Both are standard and we handle the paperwork either way.

What if my roof is old?+

Tell us during the design review. If your roof needs work first, we'll say so rather than putting panels on something that has to come off in three years.

Your bill goes up every year you wait.

Checking costs you a minute and nothing else. You'll see the actual number before you talk to anybody.
